Le Diep Kieu Trang (Christy) is the Managing Director of Fossil Vietnam and VP of Operations of Fossil Group, which acquired Misfit for $260M in 2015, of which she was the CFO and COO. Misfit was the maker of wearable and smart home products, including Shine and Flash, both activity and sleep monitors, and Link, a selfie / smart button that can control a number of apps and hardware products. Prior to Misfit, she was a consultant at McKinsey and an investment banker at HSBC. Christy was formerly the Chief Representative Officer for the Leading Business Club, a consortium of the Top 50 consumer products companies in Vietnam and was a co-anchor for a national TV series on the stock market in Vietnam. She studied economics at Oxford (BA & MPhil) and business at MIT (MBA / Legatum Fellow) and is passionate about maximizing human potential.

Country Head of Marketing, Google

Phuong Anh joined Google Asia Pacific as the Head of Marketing, Vietnam in July 2015 and is responsible for overseeing and managing Google’s marketing efforts across all products and brand campaigns.
Prior to Google, Phuong Anh was the Managing Director of the Zalora Group, Vietnam, and brings over 7 years of experience working across eCommerce, fashion, brands, media and consumer insights from various markets. Phuong Anh started her career in communication design and fashion publishing; working for magazines such as ELLE Vietnam and V Magazine in New York. She discovered her love of technology and marketing when working at Zalora, where she was responsible for driving customer acquisition, business development and marketing initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, from the University of Applied Science in Berlin, is an active member of Global Shapers HCM and is a mentor in various youth and start-up development programs in Vietnam.

As CEO of Isobar Vietnam, (known before as a Emerald Digital Marketing Co.), Thi Anh Dao (Denise) is named “Influenced Young businesswoman under 30” among 30 other people by Forbes. Got MA from (Newcastle University) in UK, Denise started a traditional communication company, then direct to focus on digital communication, and led it to the position in top 3 companies of the field, conducting campaigns and consulting strategy as well as building innovations for big brands like Heineken, Coca-Cola, BMW, Nestlé, Vinamilk, Samsung, Huggies, Triump, etc…
Starting as a Communication practitioner, yet Denise has infused with Business Sustainability consulting experience, which endorses her in creating communication strategy with a long-term vision, and well positioning of the consumer insight in every approach of behavior influence. As a practitioner, she believes that no qualified performance result can be generated from a wow idea, yet which does not align with human behavioral psychology and culture pattern of the market.

Vy has developed her interest in Information Technology since her young age. At 13, she founded TmSpeed Network, specialized in web design and hosting trading. Her passion for innovation has enabled her to become a dynamic serial entrepreneur, who is highly committed to excellence. In 2009, Vy founded and served as General Manager, turning the website into the largest online fashion shopping center in Vietnam. In 2014, Vy served as the Chair of UNICEF Next Generation Vietnam, leading initiatives to support needy children. In 2015 and 2016, Vy was recognized in Forbes Vietnam’s and Forbes Asia’s 30 under 30 list. Vy graduated as Valedictorian from McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University.

Hannah Nguyen currently is the
Group Brand Manager for 23 brands of perfumes and cosmetics of P&G, LVMH, PUIG, Clarins & Inter Parfums.
Hannah graduated Magna Cume Laude (top 10%) with a bachelor degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology and City University of New York.
Prior to becoming the Group Brand Manager of multiple global cosmetic brands, Hannah was the Sales & Marketing Manager at Jack Georges fine leather goods in New York City. She has over 10 years of experience in the retail industry specializing in fashion and cosmetics in both Vietnam and the United States.

Thu Huong Duong serves as COO at IDG Ventures Vietnam, CEO of Webtretho JSC. and CEO -Member of Board of Management at Forbes Vietnam. She has more than ten years’ experience as a PR and marketing manager in the software, financial, consumer goods and service industries. She also has seven years’ experience in project management and strategic planning.
Before joining IDGVV, Thu Huong was Strategic Assistant to the Chairman of Unilever, the largest and most successful multinational consumer goods company in Vietnam. At Unilever, she was responsible for public relations, network building, high-level strategic planning and marketing.
Prior to Unilever, Thu Huong served as Marketing and PR Director for Columbia Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City. She also worked as a Business Analyst and Project Director for Paragon Solutions, a US-based software outsourcing company, and as a Financial Auditor and Marketing Coordinator for AMOCO.
She holds a BS in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from North Carolina State University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Thu Huong was also a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and Sigma Beta Delta Society. She completed the Women Leading Business: Innovation and Success Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts.

Australia’s “100 Women of Influence” ’15

Shuyin is one of the pioneers of impact investing in Southeast Asia and passionate about developing the entrepreneurship sector in the region. She currently leads Unitus Impact’s investing activities for Vietnam and the Philippines, identifying and supporting scalable business which improve the livelihoods of the working poor.
She has experience spanning strategy consulting (Bain & Company), development consulting (TechnoServe) and impact investing (Unitus Impact, LGT Venture Philanthropy), across Australia, India and Southeast Asia. She has also worked in U.S. Congress and the Australian public service, as well as at The Lowy Institute for International Policy and UNICEF.
Shuyin was named one of Australia’s “100 Women of Influence” by the Australian Financial Review in 2015. She graduated summa cum laude from the Australian National University where she was also awarded the University Medal.

Currently with NSI Ventures, a US$90 million venture capital fund focused on Southeast Asian tech startups, Lana leads the fund’s investment activities in the Vietnamese market as well as in the fintech sector across Southeast Asia, beside managing an existing portfolio comprising of market leaders and innovators in e-commerce, online travel, food, transportation and other tech verticals.
Previously, Lana worked in the investment group of Temasek Holdings, the Singapore-based global investment fund with almost US$200 billion of assets under management, after spending three years at Citigroup and BofAML investment banking divisions in London advising on large scale M&A and IPO transactions for the leading European financial institutions.
Lana holds a BBA First Class Honours degree from the National University of Singapore as well as a CEMS Master in International Management from the London School of Economics & Political Science in the UK and Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
Born and raised in Vietnam, Lana is a passionate advocate for Vietnamese startups and constantly striving to foster the ecosystem and bring successful Vietnamese startups to the regional and international stage.

Alex Tu (Duong Thanh Tu) is a business owner, serial entrepreneur and award-winning author. She is very passionate about start-ups and financial education, especially for women and by women. In addition, HandiConnect also owns HandiKit, a leading social business specialized in innovating and providing supportive smart equipment for people with mobility disabilities in Vietnam.
Van Nguyen has strong passion on reducing the gap between disadvantaged groups in developing countries and in advanced countries. In 2016, she was named as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 Vietnam. When she has free time, she loves social networking, start-up events, and consulting on Government scholarships for advanced studies for young students”.

She also plays a role of marketing consultant for some brands in real estate, tourism, telco… Prior that, she was Marketing Manager in PepsiCo Vietnam for 10 years taking care of Aquafina, Sting, Twister, Mirinda, 7up, Lipton brands.
